The purpose of this study is to investigate the role entrepreneurial culture plays to improve the performance of small holder rice processors in Agro-geographical Zone A of Niger State Nigeria. Small holder rice processors are not able to meet up with global standards due to their use of primitive instruments, the country's low adoption of technology and subsistence farming has both made a substantial contribution to farmer’s low productivity. Creativity, innovativeness, openness to change, proactiveness and risk taking are essential entrepreneurial dimensions that can enhance productivity amongst groups or businesses. To investigate the effect of entrepreneurial culture on the performance of small holder rice processors. The study employs the survey research method, utilising questionnaires and interviews to collect data, the data will be analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Through this analysis, the study aims to generate key findings and make meaningful contribution to the body of knowledge on entrepreneurial culture. It will highlight how smallholder rice processors who work in clusters and engage in rice processing can leverage entrepreneurial culture dimensions to enhance productivity in this sector.en_US
