The study assessed the impact of sustainable TVET practices on employment outcomes among ATGs in the automobile technology sector in Delta State. Three research questions were answered and hypotheses formulated were tested at 0.05 level of significance. The study adopted a descriptive survey design, involving a population of 152 respondents. The entire population was studied due to its manageable size. A questionnaire with 64-items titled Sustainable TEVT Practices Questionnaire (STVETPQ),”was used to collect data. The instrument was face validated by three experts in automobile technology education and an overall reliability coefficient of .87 was obtained, using Cronbach alpha reliability method. Data were analyzed using Mean to answer research questions while t-test was used to test the null hypotheses at .05 level of significance.en_US
