It employed secondary data from thee Central Bak of Nigeria (CBN), Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Nigeria Gas Company (NGC), and Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) from 1976 to 2015, while T Regression Models were estimated using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) technique. Based on the findings, it is recommended that an appropriate price structure be put in place to guarantee recovery of investment and a sound regulatory environment to ensure efficient utilisation practice.en_US
