Issues concerning awareness and human and organisational problems. SoftwarelHardware configuration, cost and data capture availability and linkage are discussed in details. Database management system is highlighted. Other issues handled in the project include research and development, Co-ordination, Conceptual GIS is recommended with special references with problems in developing countries.
