dc.description.abstractFrom the existing manual systel1l, it was observed that the land allucatioll within the Ministry, which involved opening a file, processing the file through all the departments before allocation, has not being fast and easy. A computer programme in visual basic language has been written as introduction of new system for the land allocation, which is a computer system based. It will make the Clilocatioll laster, clTcctivc and cflicicnt scrviccs, without duplication of record and will be easy to retrieve information about a particular plot or piece of land.en_US
