dc.description.abstractThis project is an appraisal on cybercrime and the changing nature of trends in the crime. Secondary data as compiled by IC3 2007 through complaints forwarded through a public website, www.lookstoogoodtobetrue.com. was analyzed using descriptive statistics. This work also educates consumers with various consumer alerts, tips, and description of fraud trends all over the World. The study also shows only few fraud reports is available for Nigeria.en_US
