Abstract: Computers are now actively used in almost every part of the government 1gencies/business world. This work presents the computerization of Assets declaration forms for public officers in a unique government organ which is Code of Conduct Bureau. This study was designed to highlight the major tasks of the Bureau with the particular reference on the Bureau's control over the public officers. However, attention was paid on who is a public officer. Although, the study ,ntend to computerize all the assets declared by the public officers in the country. 3ureau, the government agency saddled with the responsibility was used as the ocal point. The data used for the study was based on the decree establishing the bureau md also through observation. And the choice of Programming Language was )base IV, owing to its versatility and user-friendliness. However, there are still more areas of research within the topic of discussion that are beyond the scope of this study. Therefore, further research is recommended on these area not covered by the study.
