dc.description.abstractIn adequate learning facilities in Nigeria public universities is one of the key factors that affect the overall academic performance. It further propose strategies to be used in implementation of such facilities in public universities. Mixed method approach was used with physical observation survey and interviews as instruments for soliciting data. NUC staff were interviewed, archival records on NUC maximum bench mark (BMAS) provided secondary data. Findings indicate that constant electricity supply and Information Communication Technology contributed best to students' performance.en_US
