The research assessed the relationship that exists between housing density property value. Primary and secondary data were collected and analysed. Using multiple regression analysis, the dependent variable is the average property value while the Independent variables are the determinants of housing density which include building plot coverage ratio, the number of rooms in a building, the number of people in a house and the building space. The analysis revealed that F-calculated value was 5. 977 why the Ftab at 0.05 degree of confidence is 2.60. This shows that there is a statistically significant relationship between housing density and property value in Minna.en_US
